DelphiNews July 2012

Welcome to the July edition of Delphi Financial Management's Newsletter.

I’m pleased to enclose the July 2012 edition of Market Update which provides commentary on recent market movements and details of the performance of asset classes during last financial year.

We saw uncertainty in world markets once again this month as news swinged between promising and concerning.

Head of Investments at MLC Investment Management, Susan Gosling also provides an update on the global investment environment titled Unusual Uncertainty. She notes that in the Eurozone "the biggest immediate challenge for policymakers is to break the feedback loop that they have created between bad banks and weak sovereigns". Her analysis of the other major markets is also sobering.

Also included is information on what impact changes to private health insurance will have for premium costs and is it worthwhile keeping the cover?

I would like to thank you all for support and for those who provided feedback on the information and articles appearing in DelphiNews during 2011/12.

Annual Statements for clients investment Portfolios (including Super & Pension accounts) will begin being forwarded during August 2012. If you have any questions regarding these reports or would like to review your investment strategy please contact us.

Wishing you all the very best for 2012/13.

Regards

Vince Dore
